EMC Celerra NS40G is a dedicated IP storage gateway optimized to bring fast file access, high availability, and advanced functionality to existing SAN infrastructures. Packaged for the mid-tier, Celerra NS40G delivers IP storage (NAS and iSCSI) in a centrally managed networked storage system. Celerra Multi-Path File System (MPFS) file access enables you to access files 30 times faster than standard NASso that your business grows dynamically.

This entry-level gateway system will help you scale up to 48 TB of capacity via dual-blade configurations. The NS40G makes it easy to consolidate multiple file servers and/or Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Oracle applications from direct-attached storage.
